actually, it probably isnt even a trigger at all but better to be safe than sorry. . .
i was just looking thro some pic boards and saw someone i recognised.
its kinda freaked me out a little bit. . . i feel as if i have just lost the last place i felt safe in. somehwere none of my friends knew about. meh. . . i dunno, prob being a bit over reacting. . .
ill get a grip now!
