for heartburn, sleep more propped up. drink slowly a pint of cold squash (soothes and dilutes the stomach acid, so any further reflux doesn't irritate so much), take cheap (ownbrand) indigestion liquid...and lots of it!
you can get heartburn from the hormones in pregnancy, it relaxes the sphincter muscles (diaphragm) at the top of your stomach. Also baby's weight doesn't help, try sleeping more on your side as your stomach isn't as crushed that way. mand x
