What I did when I was put in a similar situation is that I called the CAMHS place up and arranged for the upcoming appointment to be half with my parents and half by myself. I asked them explicitly not to tell my parents that I called and explained that I talk better without my parents around. When I had the appointment, surely enough half was with my parents and half was without.
Parents are annoying, I agree.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
