Is it clonazepam? I'm on a small amount of that for my anxiety. If your doctor has said taking 2 is fine, then go for it, but if s/he hasn't, then please don't, even small ODs (or just more than the reccomended amount) can potentially cause problems.
And I'm pretty sure with tylenol of any sort you are taking too much. If you're having problems sleeping, you can try Valerian Root, which is a herbal rememdy, but actually does work, or just go to your doctor and ask for some advice or maybe medication.
