please help! i am going 2 greece in early august with my family, who dont know about my self harm. i stopped nearly 2 months ago, but the scars on my arm wont be gone by then. I stopped so that i wouldnt have to cover up for the summer, but it hasnt worked and im constantly hot having to wear long sleeved stuff. i can cope with that but any ideas on what to do for my family holiday? greece is really hot so theres no way i can avoid swimming, sunbathing etc. dermablend and stuff sounds good, but will it work in time? need help!!
