I did understand that your initial reasons for self harming are as a coping mechanism, I just wanted to see if you could explore ways of feeling additional comfort so that perhaps you would no longer even need SI as a coping mechanism. Of course it's 'ok' to feel like you do, any feelings are ok and real for whoever is having them. I hope that you can find coping mechanisms other than SI. Stay safe. xxx
