It would help to know what country you're in (and what state/province if you're in the US or Canada). I know that many US states have a zero-tolerance policy for DUI for drivers under 21, so there would be almost no chance of getting your license back provided that the state has some record of your BAC when you were pulled over. But obviously it's different depending where you live. Some places will erase a DUI if you complete an acceptable alcohol treatment program, and some places will let you drive during certain hours if you can prove it's necessary for work, or that kind of thing, but it's a whole lot less likely that you'll be able to do either of those if you were underage at the time, and since your profile says you're 17, I'm assuming you were.
