Just to make sure, is that the early intervention team for psychosis? Because i started seeing the team in my area a couple of weeks ago, and they seem a REALLY good team to get support from. The initial meeting will be an assessment to see if you meet the requirements for their service, and if you dont, they will refer you to other people who may be able to help. The questions they ask is about the symptoms youve been having, for how long, how you cope with them, etc..But if they do decide to take you on, for me itll be three years-thats the standard time for it in my area, where abouts are you from? So you will get a CPN who will see you as much as needed, and there will be a psychiatrist/psychologist on your team as well who youll be able to see regularly. Keep us posted with how it goes.
