Hey, I know I'm a little late responding right now.

Please try and stay grounded. You seem to be able to see that following the black dressed lady is not the smartest thing. Do your best to remember that. Do you have a safe place? (physical or mental) where no one but you can harm you and there are no physical objects to hurt you?

If you need anything just ask Ok?
