sometimes strangers are the hardest people to tell because you dont want your first impression to be a bad one - that is a normal reaction. however, from what i have seen, on RYL you dont have to worry about that because absolutely nobody judges you about anything you say. and you dont need to feel ashamed about anything. nobody can control their feelings, and you have an absolute right to feel the way you do. if you feel uncomfortable posting something publicly you can PM me any time you want, or you could try the chat rooms or live help. seriously though, feel free to PM me or at least talk to somebody, friend or family or a counselor, because you deserve some help and you deserve to get better.
