i tried to write down how i felt and couldnt put it into words so i deleted my whole post.
i feel really cr*p now im so ashamed by what is going on and i know its all my fault. i cant even tell a board of strangers.
I have done well to get where i am today and i am so wrorried that this will trigger is all off again.
i just dont know what to do anymore.
