I had this left over from the last part I wrote so it's only short. I'm really not sure when i'll be able to write more atm. Totally stressing out over exams and that's hopefully gunna be enough to get me to revise.
I'll try my hardest, but no promises for a while.

“Do you, Anne Elizabeth Vitar, take this man, to be your lawfully wedded husband?”
“I do.”…
The girl stood and watched as the scene before her unfolded before her eyes. Her father in a tux in front of the registrar and his new wife, ‘her new mother’, in a simple white suit beside him. The ceremony was held in a registry office with only a few family members present, but the girl was still forced into a dress against her will. She watched as the two adults before her pledged their love for each other and wanted to gag. Not because of her tomboy attributes at the time, that anything ‘lovey-dovey’ was disgusting, but because whenever she looked at the woman standing beside her father, she imagined the woman she had grown up with standing there, in a blood stained red white dress. The harder she tried to erase the image that was now plastered in her mind, the firmer it became in front of her eyes. She blinked as fast as she could, trying to erase the image of her mother standing there bloodied, dying, but the faster she blinked, the hazier the room became. She felt her ears burning, the sensation spreading to the back of her head as her head got heavier and heavier and she slumped forward in her chair…
