My head is screaming and I can hear it trying to make me succumb to the temptation of self injury and I am trying to fight it off with the voice of reason. I have put my tablet stash into a bag and trying to convince my head to dispose of them as I feel taking them would be because of a silly impulse rather than any real need to die.

I'm keeping my blades in my pocket just in case, I could not dispose of those yet as I am far to reliant on them at the mo.
