I was referred to camhs when i took an overdose last year and they visited me in hospital and i have since them since.....
I had one bad camhs worker thingy, and then i decided i wanted to change cos didn't get on well with him.... and now i have this new one and shes helpful.....
I remember there were lots of questions, but i don't remember any forms though....
