when i was 16 my sh got put on my med notes cos my mum phoned them to ask advice after the school phoned her. ive never let on since (im 24)
however i did a medical degree (podiatry-so just foot specialist) and they ask on the occupational health questionaire whether you sh, cos it was on my records i thought i would have to write it down (as far as im aware tho the uni has no right to look at your med notes) i then had interview type thing with the doctor and as long as i said i had gone 2 yrs they were happy for me to continue (admittidely i lied, but at this point i only sh'd cos of my mum and i was leaving home).
i have now worked for the nhs for 3 yrs now and never had any problem getting a job, again occupational health questionaire asked it but i just omitted it from the form as if go from the dr's notes the last time i had done it was 16 so that would have been 5 yrs previous.
my managers found out this year and didnt put my job at risk at all so i really wouldnt worry about it. you've done great going 2 yrs, dont let it hold you back xx
