*massive hugs Aimee*
You're doing really amazingly, and "recovery" isn't a thing that is going to happen overnight. Nobody expects that when you came out of hospital that you were just going to snap into recovery. Actually I think the most important part of recovery is learning to be kind to yourself and realise that you don't have to do everything all at once and it's okay to take things as slowly or quickly as you need to. Some days are going to be harder than others for you and that's fine and natural-you don't have to beat yourself up for it. Really the fact that you've make this post is probably one of the best things you've done recovery-wise Aimee because asking for support is a really strong thing to do.
Now these things you have to do-I know you can do them. You just need to keep in mind that there are days when you'll feel stronger and days when you'll feel less strong. On the days when you feel less strong like Emily said there are lots of sources of support you can use and you deserve to have them there. That of course includes RYL so keep posting whenver you need okay Aimee, you're doing amazingly, keep it up!
