Hey,
I know how you feel, because although not all of my SI is due to anger I do tend to find it hard to control feelings of anger and turn them against myself.
Have you tried all the common ways to get out your anger, such as thumping a pillow, screaming, etc? I know I find it hard even to allow myself to do those things sometimes, but perhaps trying to do something like that & allowing yourself to do so might help a little.
