I am currently:
1 month just around the corner

I've got less than a week to go before I'm a month free. It hasn't been easy, and I won't pretend that the urges haven't been there. A friend of mine brought over a toolbox at the beginning of this month, and we locked away most of the sharp objects. Then, he calls and checks in on me every day to see how I am doing.

I got my "trying to stop" bracelet today, and it's great to have a reminder of "you can do this". I've also been reading "A Bright Red Scream" and it's made me realize that it is possible to overcome cutting, and that cutting is an addiction, just like drinking or doing drugs.

I just wanted to tell people to never give up hope. There will be bad days, and there will be times where you slip, but you can only fail if you never try.
