Hey sweetie you may feel like that is the only option for you to feel better but it isn't. YOu can do this. Just put down the knife. Get away from sharp objects and occupy yourself. Talk to somone, stay on here, go outside, just to something to get your mind off of this. What is bothering you so bad now that you need to hurt yourself? There are other things that can help. Just keep trying and don't give up.
