Hi there *Cuddles you* Im really sorry to hear that your having strong urges. Could you talk to us about what it is thats caused you to have these urges? Do you know whats caused it? Has something triggered you? Do you have any support at all? Like a counsellor? Please dont hurt yourself. It will only make things worse and could lead to other problems. As Sophie said try to keep yourself distracted as much as you can. Please dont think that you have to go through this alone we are all here for you. Please dont give up keep fighting through this.
I know its not easy but you can get through this. I believe in you and i believe that you can get through this. What techniques have you used in the past to help you? Perhaps you could try and use the techniques you have used in the past to help you. You could also try going for a walk, listening to music, or doing jobs to keep yourself occupied. Please take it easy. The best thing to do if you feel yourself getting worked up is to take a step back from everything for a moment and take lots of deep breaths. Please keep talking to us.
