I can relate to a lot of things you wrote, because I do them too, but I'm not schizophrenic.

For a lot of people, they cope by entering into their own fantasy world and imagining meeting famous people, or doing impossible things. A lot of people even talk to themselves, it's a myth that it's the first sign of madness.

If you feel like you're losing touch with reality, and sometimes can't be sure what's real and what's not, then that's the time to think about seeing a psychiatrist.
