I would def talk to the CAB... as there should be something they can do for you... goodluck... I know how scary and hard it is with never enough money to quite cover the bills (story of my life).
other thought is could your friends you are going to share with lend it to you as otherwise they are going to have to cover it without you anyway... I know it would really suck to have to borrow from them but it may be the only way
