Hey hun..I'm sorry you're in such a hard place right now...
I've been on section a few times..and as far as I know if she feels you're a serious risk to yourself and you're not willing to go to hospital voluntarily she could section you..like the others have said though she'd need to get other proffessionals involved.. she can't do it by herself..( though I think in emergencies they can at least detain you until someone else gets there..)
Going voluntarily is best..but I know how hard that can be..
