I don't have a counselor right now I just got home two days ago. I have to fight with my parents to get one anyways...they think that everything is magically fixed since I went away to school. They don't talk about the assault with me either they act like it never happened. I'm going to see my gp and see if he can recommend a few counselors for me and go from there. But, I'm still under my parents insurance so they have to agree to let me go basically.
I tried to focus on another object when i felt a flashback coming on and it worked. Thank you so much *hugs*
