wish I had an answer for you that would help but I don't know - I just thing if you wore a long cardi it would be obvious to them that you were trying to hide something - do you have a light chiffon blouse or something so you could stay cool. Is there anyway that if you didn't cover them but really concentrated on how you held you arms (underside down all the time) you could keep them out of sight? I'm sorry these are really crap answers. There is a section on RYL that talks about hiding the scars maybe that will have some answers.
I'm just going to pray for rain for the day.
