Hey there how are things? Im sorry that your having such a difficult time. Please dont give up you can get through this. Keep fighting through this. I can understand that your having a very difficult and stressful time. If you feel yourself getting worked up then the best thing to do is to take a step back from everything and take lots of deep breaths. Stress really isnt healthy at all and if left alone it can cause severe problems so ideally it needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. Oding or cutting really wont help and will only make things worse. Try to keep yourself distracted as much as possible, like, going for a walk, listening to music, doing jobs to keep yourself busy, watching a movie, or posting on the fun and distractions forum.
