That happens to me a lot. It's awful when it happens in school so I can sympathise, it's really scary. I think it's some kind of dissociation? I'm not entirely sure if that's what yours is, but from what you've described it sounds like what I experience and my psych has said it's that. Are you not getting enough sleep? Or under any extra pressure or anything? Because I've heard it can be brought on by or get a lot worse with stress. Perhaps you could try your best to explain to your friends so they can let your teachers know if they recognise it happening. Are you seeing a therapist/psych or anything at the moment? If so I'd definitely explain what's going on. xo
