I am currently:

throw things if you're angry and dance to angry/fast music to release tension.
deep breathing and calming music if you're panicked (check out the breathing exercises on fun and distractions forum).
write it down if there's too many thoughts in your head. then rip up the paper if it helps.
phone someone for a chat who will cheer you up.
keep busy and safe
