Hey... It sounds like a good sign that you are taking control of this and wanting to see how you've grown. But-- I also want to warn you that it can be very hard (in my experience anyway) to read reports and such about yourself. It is so objectifying, and seeing all the 'bad' stuff written down (because they don't write down the healthy parts!) and just some of the jargon too, like they write 'patient denied suicidal ideation' which just means that they asked you and you said you didn't have any-- but 'denied' feels to me like they think you were lying. Anyway-- my therapist said that it's typically hard for people to look at their records. And that it's good to do it in a safe place/supportive environment if at all possible.
