about 3 hours ago i had to call the police out because my neighbours were having a domestic. they fight all the time but this was awful. they were screaming at each other, she was crying and sobbing and he was shouting then there was all sorts of banging and my whole flat shook at one point and she sounded like she was in pain. i never usually want to get involved as im scared he'll come up to my flat (paranoia anyone!) but this was something else. i was so scared i was shaking and everything. i called my gf in work because i didnt know what to do and she gave the no. for the police that isnt 999 and i called them. i asked to stay anonymous but when the police got here they couldnt get in so i had to go and let them in which led to me giving a statement on my doorstep. i couldnt stop shaking. i was so scared that they were going to lead him out and he would see who had called them. luckily they didnt as she told them she was ok and it was just ' a row'. so they left. i was in such a state. it really scared me. i swear he hurt her, she was screaming bloodcurdling screams. i feel sick thinking about it. 3 hours later and im still shaking. im still stressed and im going to have to take some diazepam or im never going to get to sleep. im still alone and dont know who else to talk to im sorry. this is such a ramble im sorry
