My boss asks when he sees the scars on people's arms we have like two other people who s'i and he just nods his head and asks they keep them covered please As to not offend the Customer.... and if you have any open wounds to cover them for health reasons he even gives you blue band-aids.....
I hope your boss is as understanding if not try the disability act or the mental health act they cant fire you because you have mental health issues but... in some states they can fire you just because they felt like it... though if it's not a good reason they have to pay money in unemployment...
