It might not seem like much, but....
.. I went to Brent Cross this morning.
For someone with PTSD style agoraphobia, this quite an achievement, and I feel really proud of myself.
There was a book I wanted in Borders... and then I went into M and S. I actually bought 3 books in Borders!!! And a DVD. I did foodie shopping for today and tomorrow in M and S. And I bought myself a nice plant to celebrate by stepping forward into a bit more of a normal life, feeling more like a normal human being.
