i guess when i do it it's like i'm shouting for someone to notice me. so i guess that's attention seeking.
it's really strange though because it's not like i'm not noticed or anything, i'm one of the most outspoken and happy people in my group usually.
but i guess trying and faking being happy doesnt help.

Sometimes people put up walls not to keep others out, but to see who cares enough to tear them down.
