I took it.
I wish there was something worse than "disagree strongly" which I could've used for Trustworthy and Reliable.
I use their ISP (only for a few more days, thank god) It goes down for hours at a time at least once a fortnight, and we get a few seconds of lag more often than not. Sometimes I get more than 30 seconds of lag and I just have to give up on using the internet.
Then when we told them we wanted to cancel, they started phoning us six or more times a day just to ask why we were leaving over and over again. We couldn't block their number because they provided our phone line too. In the last two days before we got our phone number changed, they phoned nineteen times.
If I ever meet Richard Branson in person, I'll punch him.
