hey,
as Syrup says - you have a lot of choice after leaving school. And try not to be scared, can you talk to a connexions advisor maybe (if you have a personal one in school?) or a teacher? And share your concerns with them? Or even a friend/family member.
I left school nearly two years ago, and in May I'll finish college. It is scary, I think most people are scared, but it does work out okay, reach out for support though and try not to let things get on top of you. It's good that you're trying to recover. Try not to be scared of what's going to happen next - be excited instead. If you're going to college/sixth form, this can be a new start for you as you say school brought on a lot of sh*t.
