As others have mentioned, I'm not finding the support I'm getting from CAMHS particularly helpful.

They have got me doubting myself now, asking myself if I'm really feeling this or if it's just me making things up as they seem to think there is very little wrong.

However, if I ask for help are they allowed to turn around and say I don't need it?
