I am currently:

Sara4ever, to cover your arms could you wear a light weight long sleeve shirt? Like an Oxford Cloth shirt? It isn't totally great for summer weather but it is still lightweight and not hot like a jumper. I wear them in the summer when I go outside to protect my skin from the sun and I find they are less expensive in the mens wear department. Maybe move the button on the cuff to keep it more secure on your wrist?

I sew stuff and there is double sided tape at the fabric store made to hold low necklines in place, it works well on the hems of short sleeves too, I used it once/week for several weeks when I was teaching.
