At my clostest hospital you still get people there, it should really be enforced more really. Or have smoking rooms away from everyone else; so that those who want to smoke can and those who don't do not suffer.
Serious?? Because the one I worked at (in Cambridge) and the A&E I recently visited (Hampshire/Surrey) both had no smoking on site at all. It was quite refreshing really.
As for what would make me stop smoking... well. I'm not a crazy smoker. I smoke when I'm stressed or when I drink- so mostly socially. So yeah- if there were no more alcohol and no more stress.. tbh I'll probably grow out of the social smoking and I'll probably learn to handle my stress better too. I find when I go home, I won't smoke cigarettes at all, not even really when I go out, it's mostly at uni.
