The rooms do have room descriptions which give a clue as to what the room is for.
Maybe the room descriptions should be simplified? Would that be more helpful?
Two for each is kind of like, certain people don't get along with other certain people. So, if one group of friends want to be in a General only room, and another group does too, but the two groups clash, they can each go into separate General only rooms.
There's just the slight issue that, on this chat, we can't fix it so that the two general rooms, the two mixed rooms, and the two support only rooms and grouped like that. The rooms want to go in alphabetical order and no other way. I think it would work better, and be clearer, if we could have the rooms grouped, like on the older versions of chat.
