That you are taking that many painkillers, I'd worry. They could be toxic to your system. That isn't how they were meant to be used. I believe in using prescribed amounts of pain killers for pain. That way your body doesn't have to deal with the pain, it can use that energy to heal.
There might be things in your life style or diet that could be a problem for your nerves. If you are having a lot of caffeine in coffee, tea, cola, that might be making your nervous. Your frantic schedule could do that too.
Are you willing to talk to a doctor or psychiatrist to see if there is something more appropriate for you? There are medicines that can help.
