im so sorry to hear you're going through this at work.

have you tried contacting ayone higher in the management team [ie, someone in head office, area manager etc]. you've done the right thing by contacting your union.

can i suggest you keep a diary of what been hapening and when [specific times and such] and whats been said.

has there ever been anyone else around when this stuff has been happening? and has anyone else in your work been treated in the same way? maybe you could ask them to keep a diary too?

you shouldn't have to go through this, it's completely wrong and unacceptable and you should definatly not be pushed out of a job. hopefully your union will get back to you quickly and avise you with a plan of action.
