I am currently:

I've never heard it called pharyngitis but it sounds like what i've called tonsilitis. It is excruciatingly painful.

My experiences and I hope this helps
-get lots of fluids, including stuff to help the electrolite balance, pedialite, sports drink. Be proactive about preventing dehydration.
-don't worry about eating.
-gargling with warm salt water is an old fashioned remedy that works. It works slowly but it helps soothe the throat and kills nasty icky germs. Put in as much salt as warm - not hot - water will hold. I usually just dump a tbsp of salt in a mug and then swish warm tap water through it.

I am so sorry that both of you are going though a difficult time.

*says a prayer for both of you and blows a healing kiss your direction*

My husband is my best friend.

In forgiving others, we are not exonerating them. They may not deserve exoneration. Rather, in forgiving others we are giving up our anger over the fact that what happened is not what "should" have happened or that our life is not the way it "should" have been.
