I should really call them but it seems to take a long time to get cross reffered again and then wait for the appointment, usually it takes 2 weeks to a month to get another psych appointment if it isn't crisis level help as they are so overworked and then they cross refer again to the keyworkers via letters, i guess as they feel i am towards the end of my recovery ( which i kinda dont feel )that i only need minimal sort of help. we have an odd system were i live and it's kinda frustrating so I guess I have maybe not been wanting to try it again on some level myself.
