ok im really new to this so if this doesnt come up the way i planned i apologise in advance...
i need help on something... im going in2 the hospital to keep myself safe and il be there for about 4 weeks minimum... im going in on minday and the only thing is is im afriad they'll make me go off self harming, cold turkey... im not ready to just give up on the self harming cos its my addiction and i dunno how im gona cope not self harming as i self harm every night without fail...
anybody any suggestions or tips??
