It was a good rest. I was at the Alps, skiing. I am at an intermediate-advanced level. I went down one of the slalom slopes at 45 miles per hour (72 km per hour). I also skied at night (10pm) on Wednesday. It was a holiday to remember. I skied for 6 hours a day. Exercise is one of my distraction techniques, so that really helped.
