idk, I think society kind of teaches us to expect people to state the obvious when it comes to rules as such. I mean, we live in a world full of warnings like "product will be hot after heating" on a microwave dinner or "may cause drowsiness" on a box of sleeping pills, cause otherwise they might get sued for not having warned people. People aren't really used to having to rely on common sense...
