I was thinking this too. If its someone he really likes and he wants to make a go of it ok but to be repeatedly going after underage girls just doesn't seem right.
Personally i don't think age is that important. At 16 i was with someone who was 21 and i didn't feel like there was much difference. I do think one person being underage complicates things though.
