Why the hell do you put sugar on coca pops. They are too sickly already. if you want sugar on cornflakes then just buy frosties, much better because the sugar doesnt all wash off when you pour the milk on.
Personally i never eat breakfast. I just have a glass of juice so i can take my meds.
