Firstly, im sorry things are so tough for you right now. I have been where you are many times. I was admitted to an adolescent psych unit for 5months in 2006. It was difficult to begin with-not knowing anyone and feeling alone-but then after a while you get to know people, and you make some really good friends, which can last for life. The staff were really friendly and supportive as well, and most genuinely cared.
