Surely...wouldn't giving self harmers the necessary equipment to deal with any harm they cause themselves, be a slightly more logical idea? (Like badanges, antiseptic cream, steri-strips etc.)
Umm...giving out clean, sharp blades, seems slighlty dim to me.
